CASE STUDY

Overview

GAIA — the Gothenburg Artificial Intelligence Alliance — brings together Chalmers University, the City of Gothenburg, and leading technology companies to advance AI research and application in the region.

Three consecutive sold-out conferences. Over 1100 attendees. More than 100 digital materials produced across the series.

My Role

As Content & Marketing Team Lead, I was responsible for the full content and marketing output across the event series — from strategic planning to on-the-day production and post-event delivery.

  • Led the content and marketing team across three consecutive GAIA conferences
  • Produced 100+ digital materials spanning video, photography, and social content
  • Developed a consistent visual language across all three events

The Result

Three years of sold-out events, each with a growing content footprint — GAIA has become one of Gothenburg's most recognized AI gatherings, with a content presence that extends the event's reach far beyond the room.
