"Shoemaker" — Festival Documentary

Overview

"Shoemaker" is an independent short documentary produced in Kyiv — a personal, character-driven film that went on to earn recognition at international documentary festivals.

The project was built entirely from the ground up: from concept and scripting through filming, editing, and festival submission.

My Role

I led the full production of the film — from the initial creative concept to the final festival cut.

The Result

"Shoemaker" was selected at 5 international film festivals and received the Golden Tree International Documentary Award — recognising the film's storytelling and production quality on a global stage.
